Refund and Returns Policy

1. General Information

This Refund and Return Policy applies to all business customers (B2B) who purchase services or products from BiK Solution j.d.o.o., Cvjetna ulica 1, 51000 Rijeka, Croatia. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. No Right of Withdrawal

As a B2B client (business-to-business), you are not covered by EU consumer protection laws, including the right of withdrawal. All orders are legally binding once confirmed.

3. Digital Services & Custom Products

Due to the nature of our business, refunds and returns are not possible for the following:

  • Customized or configured products (e.g., NFC business cards, printed media, branded merchandise)
  • Digital services (e.g., website design, AI agent setup, SEO content, hosting)
  • Downloadable or cloud-based digital products

These are excluded from refunds as they are tailored to your business needs.

4. Production Errors or Defects

We ensure the highest quality in our services and printed products. If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • You must notify us in writing within 5 business days of delivery.
  • Please include clear photos and a detailed description of the issue.
  • If the claim is valid, we will offer a replacement or correction at no extra cost.

No compensation will be provided for errors due to incorrect information submitted by the client (e.g., wrong files, colors, or data).

5. Late Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party services (e.g., postal or logistics providers). In case of critical deadlines, please inform us in advance so we can assess express or priority options.

6. Cancellation Policy

Projects can only be canceled before active work has begun. For cancellations:

  • If no work has started: 100% refund.
  • If partial work has started: A proportional cancellation fee applies.
  • After production or development has begun: No cancellation or refund possible.

7. Disputes and Jurisdiction

Any disputes related to refunds, billing, or product quality will be handled in good faith. Legal jurisdiction is Rijeka, Croatia, under Croatian and EU commercial law.
